Maverik is seeking an Assistant Manager (Operations) in a full-time capacity to lead and coach teams across Food Service and Front-of-Store. You will help run daily operations, deliver great customer experiences, and support a culture of service, teamwork, and accountability.

The role requires a 21+ applicant, flexibility for a 24/7 schedule, and a preference for supervisors with at least one year of experience. Food safety certification is required by applicable rules.

Assistant Manager (Operations)

Starting pay: $20.54 - $22.54/hr. with both career and growth opportunities, plus eligibility for a bonus program!

Shift: This is a full-time opportunity. This position will be cross-trained between Food Service and Front-of-Store.

Physical Requirements:

• This position involves frequent standing, walking, handling, and horizontal reaching. It also requires reaching above shoulder level and below the waist, as well as activities such as bending, stooping, squatting, crouching, kneeling, and pushing. The role may involve lifting, carrying, or moving objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to work safely with equipment that generates and maintains high temperatures, while wearing appropriate personal protective equipment.
