Role Description

The Assistant Store Manager Operations is a full-time, on-site role based in Ankeny, Iowa. This role supports daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and adherence to company policies. The Assistant Store Manager Operations helps oversee inventory flow by coordinating buying, tagging, merchandising, and replenishment of gently used apparel and accessories. This position assists with scheduling, guiding, and coaching team members to deliver excellent customer service and maintain store standards. The role also includes monitoring sales performance, supporting promotional activities, and ensuring a clean, organized, and safe store environment.
