Maverik is seeking an Assistant Manager (Operations) in American Fork, UT to lead daily store operations and coach Team Members in a fast-paced environment. You’ll help deliver exceptional customer experiences while maintaining safety and standards.

This full-time role requires 1+ year supervisory experience, a food safety certification, and flexibility for 24/7 shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Starting pay is $18.47-$20.47/hr with bonus eligibility.

Shift: This is a full-time opportunity. This position will be cross-trained between Food Service and Front-of-Store.

• Food Safety Certification: Must obtain and maintain the food safety certification required by the applicable state or local jurisdiction.

Physical Requirements:

• This position involves frequent standing, walking, handling, and horizontal reaching. It also requires reaching above shoulder level and below the waist, as well as activities such as bending, stooping, squatting, crouching, kneeling, and pushing. The role may involve lifting, carrying, or moving objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to work safely with equipment that generates and maintains high temperatures, while wearing appropriate personal protective equipment.
