This role offers hands-on experience to develop your supervisory skills, coaching abilities, passion for coffee and tea, and business acumen. It aims to build your understanding of store management, teaching you how to create success for a multi-million-dollar business, develop great teams, and foster a community meeting place that nurtures customers. The actual base pay will depend on factors such as knowledge, experience, location, and internal equity. The Assistant Store Manager role is overtime eligible, but overtime hours are not guaranteed.
