National Coatings & Supplies is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support daily operations, supervision, and customer relations. You will help hire, train, and lead staff while directing planning and scheduling to optimize labor and profitability.

Formación

• Minimum HS diploma or GED.
• Competent knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Office, Excel, Word).
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• 2+ years of supervisory/management experience preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and strong organizational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with hiring, orienting, training, supervising, evaluating, motivating and leading employees.
• Plan, direct, and schedule work to optimize labor and profitability.
• Maintain inventory control and cash flow optimization.
• Ensure compliance with policies, laws, and regulations (DOT/OSHA).
• Monitor pricing to control gross margins.
• Perform administrative duties and maintain relationships with key customers.
