SmartStop Self Storage, Inc. in Sterling Heights, MI is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to handle leasing, transactions, and daily operations with no nights.

You will supervise a team, assist with maintenance, and maintain strong tenant relationships while delivering a top-notch customer experience. Hours are Mon-Fri 9:30am–6:00pm, Sat 9:00am–4:00pm, Sun 10:00am–2:00pm, starting at $16.50/hour plus bonus. Benefits include health insurance and PTO.

Qualifications

• Exceptional customer service orientation with ability to sell storage solutions.
• Reliable transportation with valid driver's license and auto insurance.
• Position requires a background check.

Responsibilities

• Prepare rental agreements.
• Handle monetary transactions and banking activities.
• Cleaning of vacated units and general property cleaning.
• Promotes and sells self-storage solutions to potential customers.
• Light maintenance and knowledge of products/services.
