You will manage on-site tasks, coordinate maintenance, ensure curb appeal, and uphold company standards while working Mon-Sat 9:00am to 6:00pm with no evenings. Starting at $20.00/hour plus bonus and benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service and sales encouraged.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Background check required.

Responsibilities

• Rent storage units.
• Prepare rental agreements.
• Handle monetary transactions and banking activities.
• Cleaning of vacated units and general cleaning of the property.
• Promotes and sells self-storage solutions to potential customers.
• Light maintenance and curb appeal.
• Maintain knowledge of all products and services.
• Maintain relationships with tenants.
