SmartStop® Self Storage in Miami is seeking an Assistant Store Manager (Store #6135) to oversee daily operations, leasing, and team supervision. You’ll ensure excellent service and maintain property standards.

Walk-in customer focus, a valid driver's license, and reliability are a must. This role offers no nights, a bonus plan, benefits, and growth opportunities within a fast-growing company.

Responsibilities

• Rent storage units
• Prepare rental agreements
• Handle monetary transactions and banking activities
• Clean vacated units and general cleaning of the property
• Promote and sell self-storage solutions to potential customers
• Light maintenance
• Maintain a working knowledge of all products and services
• Maintain general curb appeal
• Must have reliable transportation, a valid Driver’s License, and current auto insurance
• The position requires a background check
• Other duties as assigned by the Company
