SmartStop® Self Storage in Florida is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for two locations (Wildwood and Oxford). The role involves leasing, customer service, team supervision, and on-site maintenance with no nights. Hours are typically Mon-Fri 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, Sat 9:00 am - 4:00 pm, with starting pay at $17/hour plus bonus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare rental agreements
• Handle monetary transactions and banking activities
• Clean vacated units and perform general cleaning of the property
• Promote and sell self-storage solutions to potential customers
• Light maintenance tasks as needed
• Maintain knowledge of all products and services
• Must have reliable transportation, a valid Driver’s License, and current auto insurance
• Background check required
• Other duties as assigned by the Company
