SmartStop® Self Storage is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for Hendersonville, NC. The role involves leasing storage, supervising a team, and maintaining strong tenant relations.

Responsibilities include preparing rental agreements, handling payments, maintaining the property, promoting storage solutions, and assisting with on-site projects. Starting pay is $16.00/hour plus bonus; hours are Mon–Fri with Saturdays, no nights.

Responsibilities

• Prepare rental agreements
• Handle monetary transactions and banking activities
• Clean vacated units and perform general cleaning of the property
• Promote and sell self-storage solutions to potential customers
• Light maintenance
• Maintain a working knowledge of all products and services
• Must have reliable transportation, a valid Driver’s License, and current auto insurance
• The position requires a background check
• Other duties as assigned by the Company
