Job summary

SmartStop Self Storage in Xenia, OH is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to oversee daily operations, lease storage and parking, and lead a on-site team. You will handle customer transactions, assist with maintenance, and ensure strong tenant relations.

The role offers a Monday–Friday schedule with weekend rotation, a starting wage of $16.50/hour plus bonus, and the opportunity to contribute to a fast-growing organization recognized for customer service excellence.

Responsibilities

Prepare rental agreements.
Handle monetary transactions and banking activities.
Clean vacated units and perform general property cleaning.

Assist with light maintenance tasks.
Maintain knowledge of all products and services offered.
Must have reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and current auto insurance.
