SmartStop® Self Storage in Miami is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to join our team. This role covers all aspects of store operations, from leasing and transactions to supervising staff and maintaining the property.

We offer a daytime schedule (no nights), a starting rate of $19 per hour plus a bonus plan, and comprehensive benefits. You will drive excellent customer service and contribute to a positive work environment while growing with a fast-expanding company.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service and sales in retail or service industries.
• Ability to lead a small team and coordinate daily operations.
• Positive, proactive approach and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Prepare rental agreements and process transactions.
• Manage leasing of storage and parking spaces.
• Supervise on-site staff and maintain clean properties.
• Assist with maintenance and on-site projects.
• Maintain strong relationships with tenants and respond to inquiries.
• Promote and sell self-storage solutions to customers.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.
