SmartStop® Self Storage in Xenia, OH is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to oversee daily operations, lease storage units and parking, supervise a team, and maintain strong tenant relationships. The role involves light maintenance and ensuring a high standard of customer service while promoting self-storage solutions.

The position includes hours Mon–Fri 9:30am to 6:00pm, Sat 9:00am–4:00pm, Sun 10:00am–2:00pm, with starting pay of $16.50 per hour plus bonus.

• Exhibits exceptional customer service while effectively selling all rental experiences.

Responsibilities

• Prepare rental agreements
• Handle monetary transactions and banking activities
• Cleaning of vacated units and general cleaning of the property
• Promotes and sells self-storage solutions to potential customers
• Light maintenance
• Maintain a working knowledge of all products and services
• Must have reliable transportation, a valid Driver’s License, and current auto insurance
• The position requires a background check
• Other duties as assigned by the Company
