Job summary

SmartStop Self Storage is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Winter Garden, FL to oversee daily operations, lease storage units, and manage a team while maintaining strong tenant relations.

The role includes supervising on-site tasks, assisting with maintenance, and ensuring excellent customer experiences, with hours Mon–Fri and no nights. Starting wage is $15.00/hour plus bonus; benefits are included.

• Rental of storage units and preparing rental agreements.

Job Summary - NO NIGHTS!

The right candidate pays attention to details, stays organized, and delights in finding great solutions to problems. This position is involved in all phases of the operation, including leasing storage and parking, managing a team, assisting with maintenance, supervising on-site projects, and maintaining good relationships with tenants.

Hours of Operation: Mon - Fri 9:30am to 6:00pm; Sat 9:00am - 4:00pm; Sun 10:00am - 2:00pm

Starting at $15.00/hour + Bonus
