Job summary

SmartStop Self Storage is hiring an Assistant Store Manager for Store #6146 in The Woodlands, TX. The role covers leasing units, supervising staff, coordinating maintenance, and ensuring excellent tenant relations.

Typical hours are Mon–Fri 9:30am–6:00pm, Sat 9am–4pm, Sun 10am–2pm, with no nights and a starting wage of $16.50/hour plus bonus. The candidate will oversee daily activities, process rentals, and contribute to a fast-paced team focused on superior customer experiences.

• Maintain a working knowledge of all products and services.
• Must have reliable transportation, a valid Driver’s License, and current auto insurance.
• The position requires a background check.
• Other duties as assigned by the Company.

Assistant Store Manager (Store #6146 - The Woodlands, TX) Job Summary - NO NIGHTS!

The right candidate pays attention to detail, stays organized, and delights in finding great solutions to problems. This position is involved in all phases of the operation, including leasing storage and parking, managing a team, assisting with maintenance, supervising on-site projects, and maintaining good relationships with tenants.

Hours of Operation: Mon - Fri 9:30 am to 6:00 pm; Sat 9:00 am - 4:00 pm; Sun 10:00 am - 2:00 pm

Starting at $16.50/hour + Bonus
