SmartStop Self Storage in The Woodlands, TX is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for Store #6146. This role involves leasing storage, supervising a team, and managing on-site operations while maintaining excellent tenant relations.

You will contribute to a high standard of customer service and sales, with no evening hours and a focus on efficiency. Starting pay is $16.50 per hour, plus a monthly bonus incentive plan and a comprehensive benefits package.

Assistant Store Manager (Store #6146 - The Woodlands, TX) Job Summary - NO NIGHTS!

The right candidate pays attention to detail, stays organized, and delights in finding great solutions to problems. This position is involved in all phases of the operation, including leasing storage and parking, managing a team, assisting with maintenance, supervising on-site projects, and maintaining good relationships with tenants.

Hours of Operation: Mon - Fri 9:30 am to 6:00 pm; Sat 9:00 am - 4:00 pm; Sun 10:00 am - 2:00 pm

Starting at $16.50/hour + Bonus

What You'll Do:

• Prepare rental agreements
• Handle monetary transactions and banking activities
• Clean vacated units and perform general cleaning of the property
• Promotes and sells self-storage solutions to potential customers
• Light maintenance
• Maintain a working knowledge of all products and services
• Must have reliable transportation, a valid Driver’s License, and current auto insurance
• The position requires a background check
• Other duties as assigned by the Company
