Job summary

SmartStop Self Storage in Newark, NJ is hiring an Assistant Store Manager who thrives in a fast-paced, detail-focused environment. You will oversee leasing, supervise a small team, assist with maintenance, and ensure excellent tenant relations while driving store performance. Hours: Mon–Fri 8:00am–7:00pm; Sat 8:00am–6:00pm; Sun 9:00am–6:00pm.

Starting at $21.00/hour plus bonus. The ideal candidate has reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and is comfortable with on-site operations

Job Summary - NO NIGHTS!
