SmartStop Self Storage in Hendersonville, NC is seeking an Assistant Store Manager (Store #6069) to lead daily operations with a focus on customer service and lease administration. This role involves leasing storage and parking, supervising a team, assisting with maintenance, and coordinating on-site projects while building strong tenant relationships.

The position offers a Monday–Friday flow with weekend coverage as needed, starts at $16.00/hour plus a bonus, and provides a path to growth

Assistant Store Manager (Store #6069 - Hendersonville, NC) Job Summary - NO NIGHTS!

The right candidate pays attention to detail, stays organized, and delights in finding great solutions to problems. This position is involved in all phases of the operation, including leasing storage and parking, managing a team, assisting with maintenance, supervising on-site projects, and maintaining good relationships with tenants.

Hours of Operation: Mon - Fri 9:30 am to 6:00 pm; Sat 9:00 am - 4:00 pm; Sun 10:00 am - 2:00 pm

Starting at $16.00/hour + Bonus

What You'll Do:

• Prepare rental agreements
• Handle monetary transactions and banking activities
• Clean vacated units and perform general cleaning of the property
• Promote and sell self-storage solutions to potential customers
• Light maintenance
• Maintain a working knowledge of all products and services
• Must have reliable transportation, a valid Driver’s License, and current auto insurance
• The position requires a background check
• Other duties as assigned by the Company
