SmartStop Self Storage in Hendersonville, NC is hiring an Assistant Store Manager for Store #6069. The role focuses on leasing storage, supervising a team, and maintaining tenant relations while supporting on-site projects. Hours are Mon-Fri 9:30–6, Sat 9–4, Sun 10–2, with starting pay of $16.00/hour plus bonus.

The ideal candidate handles rentals, transactions, and property maintenance, and embraces change with a strong customer-service mindset.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as a team.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
• Background check required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare rental agreements
• Handle monetary transactions and banking activities
• Cleanup vacated units and perform general cleaning of the property
• Promote and sell self-storage solutions to potential customers
• Light maintenance

Assistant Store Manager (Store #6069 - Hendersonville, NC) Job Summary - NO NIGHTS!

The right candidate pays attention to detail, stays organized, and delights in finding great solutions to problems. This position is involved in all phases of the operation, including leasing storage and parking, managing a team, assisting with maintenance, supervising on-site projects, and maintaining good relationships with tenants.

Hours of Operation: Mon - Fri 9:30 am to 6:00 pm; Sat 9:00 am - 4:00 pm; Sun 10:00 am - 2:00 pm

Starting at $16.00/hour + Bonus

What You'll Do:
