SmartStop Self Storage in Hendersonville, NC is seeking an Assistant Store Manager (Store #6069) with NO NIGHTS. You will assist with leasing storage, manage a team, oversee on-site projects, and maintain great tenant relationships while delivering exceptional customer service.

The role requires attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Starting pay is $16.00/hour plus bonus; hours are Mon-Fri 9:30 am–6:00 pm, Sat 9:00 am–4:00 pm, Sun

Qualifications

• Customer service oriented and able to sell rental experience.
• Team player and able to work independently.
• Willing to adapt to change.
• Reliable transportation and valid Driver's License required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare rental agreements.
• Handle monetary transactions and banking activities.
• Clean vacated units and perform general cleaning of the property.
• Promote and sell self-storage solutions to potential customers.
• Light maintenance.
• Maintain a working knowledge of all products and services.
• The position requires a background check.
• Other duties as assigned by the Company.

Assistant Store Manager (Store #6069 - Hendersonville, NC) Job Summary - NO NIGHTS!

The right candidate pays attention to detail, stays organized, and delights in finding great solutions to problems. This position is involved in all phases of the operation, including leasing storage and parking, managing a team, assisting with maintenance, supervising on‑site projects, and maintaining good relationships with tenants.

Hours of Operation:

Mon - Fri 9:30 am to 6:00 pm; Sat 9:00 am - 4:00 pm; Sun 10:00 am - 2:00 pm

Starting at $16.00/hour + Bonus

What You'll Do:
