SmartStop Self Storage, Inc. is hiring an Assistant Store Manager for Store 4012 in College Station, TX. The role oversees leasing, on-site team supervision, and maintenance tasks while delivering exceptional customer service.

The position pays starting at $16.50/hour plus bonus and operates Mon–Fri with weekend flexibility as needed. Responsibilities include renting units, preparing agreements, processing payments, keeping spaces clean, and maintaining product knowledge to drive sales.

Assistant Store Manager (Store 4012, College Station, TX) – Job Summary – NO NIGHTS!

The right candidate pays attention to detail, stays organized, and delights in finding great solutions to problems. This position is involved in all phases of the operation, including leasing storage and parking, managing a team, assisting with maintenance, supervising on-site projects, and maintaining good relationships with tenants.

Hours of Operation: Mon - Fri 9:30 am to 6:00 pm; Sat 9:00 am - 4:00 pm; Sun 10:00 am - 2:00 pm

Starting at $16.50/hour + Bonus

What You'll Do:

• Rent storage units
• Prepare rental agreements
• Handle monetary transactions and banking activities
• Clean vacated units and general cleaning of the property
• Promote and sell self-storage solutions to potential customers
• Light maintenance
• Maintain a working knowledge of all products and services
• Maintain general curb appeal
• Must have reliable transportation, a valid Driver’s License, and current auto insurance
• The position requires a background check
• Other duties as assigned by the Company
