SmartStop Self Storage in Red Lodge, Montana is hiring an Assistant Store Manager (Store #1703). This role handles leasing, transactions, and store upkeep, with a focus on customer service and sales. You must demonstrate reliability and ability to supervise a small team, with no night shifts.

Typical schedule Mon-Fri 9:30am-6:00pm, Sat 9:00am-4:00pm, Sun 10:00am-2:00pm; starting at $20/hour plus bonus. Must have a valid driver's license and background check will be conducted.

Assistant Store Manager (Store #1703 - Red Lodge, MT) Job Summary - NO NIGHTS!

The right candidate pays attention to details, stays organized, and delights in finding great solutions to problems. This position is involved in all phases of the operation, including leasing storage and parking, managing a team, assisting with maintenance, supervising on-site projects, and maintaining good relationships with tenants.

Hours of Operation:

Mon - Fri 9:30am to 6:00pm; Sat 9:00am - 4:00pm; Sun 10:00am - 2:00pm

Starting at $20.00/hour + Bonus

What You'll Do:

• Prepare rental agreements
• Handle monetary transactions and banking activities
• Cleaning of vacated units and general cleaning of the property
• Promotes and sells self-storage solutions to potential customers
• Light maintenance
• Maintain a working knowledge of all products and services
• Must have reliable transportation, a valid Driver’s License, and current auto insurance
• The position requires a background check
• Other duties as assigned by the Company
