Job summary

SmartStop Self Storage is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for Store #6140 Washington, DC. The role involves leasing storage, managing a team, and coordinating on-site projects with an emphasis on customer service.

Hours are Mon-Fri 9:30am-6:00pm, Sat 9:00am-4:00pm, Sun 10:00am-2:00pm; starting at $20/hour plus bonus and a comprehensive benefits package. No evening hours are required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare rental agreements
• Handle monetary transactions and banking activities
• Cleaning of vacated units and general cleaning of the property
• Promotes and sells self-storage solutions to potential customers
• Light maintenance
• Maintain a working knowledge of all products and services
• Must have reliable transportation, a valid Driver’s License, and current auto insurance
• The position requires a background check
• Other duties as assigned by the Company
