We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Assistant Store Manager to join our team. Who's main responsibilities will be retail events, social media, and customer service.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

Customer Service Management:
· Assist in supervising and training the customer service team, ensuring all staff provide an exceptional customer experience.
· Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a professional manner, resolving issues quickly and efficiently.
· Promote and maintain a customer-first culture in the store.
· Ensure staff are knowledgeable about product features, promotions, and store policies.

Event Planning and Execution:
· Assist in planning, organizing, and executing retail events and promotions that enhance the customer experience and drive foot traffic.
· Work closely with marketing teams to ensure event activities are aligned with the brand’s goals.
· Coordinate logistics for store events, including staffing, setup, and vendor management.
· Track the success of events through customer feedback and sales data.

Social Media Management:
· Create and manage engaging social media content (Instagram) to promote events, new product launches, and store activities.
· Develop and execute social media campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive traffic to the store.
· Respond to customer inquiries and feedback on social media channels in a timely and professional manner.
· Monitor social media trends and competitor activity to ensure content is relevant and engaging.
· Work with the marketing team to ensure a consistent brand voice across all platforms.

Team Leadership:
· Lead by example in customer service, ensuring team members are providing excellent service at all times.
· Assist in managing daily store operations, ensuring sales targets, inventory levels, and merchandising standards are met.
· Support the Store Manager in conducting regular team meetings and one-on-one performance evaluations.
· Help with staff scheduling and coverage, ensuring adequate staffing for peak times, special events, and promotions.

Sales and Performance:
· Support the Store Manager in achieving and exceeding store sales targets through effective promotions, upselling, and product recommendations.
· Assist in monitoring store performance, sales data, and inventory levels to ensure efficient operations.
· Work with the team to maintain product displays, ensuring they are visually appealing and aligned with the brand’s standards.

Team Leadership and Store Operations:
· Lead and motivate the store team to provide exceptional customer service while meeting operational goals.
· Help manage daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising.
· Assist with staff scheduling to ensure adequate coverage, especially during peak periods and events.
· Support in maintaining store cleanliness, organization, and compliance with health and safety regulations.

Administrative and Reporting Duties:
· Assist in managing store budgets and track costs related to events, social media campaigns, and promotional activities.
· Maintain accurate records of event attendance, social media metrics, customer feedback, and sales performance.
· Support with inventory management, including stock checks and product ordering.
· Assist the Store Manager with administrative tasks, including report generation and performance analysis.

YOU’LL NEED TO HAVE:
· 3+ years of relevant retail management experience
