Job summary

Nike Factory Store in Nashville is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead a dynamic team in a high-volume retail environment. You will coach staff to deliver exceptional customer service and drive store growth while upholding Nike’s Service Principles and brand standards.

You will train and empower your team, recruit new talent, and collaborate with store leadership to optimize operations, inventory, and customer experience.

Qualifications

• Four years of customer-facing retail or hospitality experience.
• Three years of leadership experience.
• Demonstrated ability to recruit, build and lead high-performing teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team that helps keep all store functions running seamlessly.
• Staff the store by attracting, assessing and onboarding your future teammates.
• Equip store employees with tools needed to succeed in their day-to-day responsibilities.
