Job Description
The Assistant Store Manager is responsible for leading the store's day-to-day operations in the absence of the General Manager and for otherwise supporting the General Manager in all aspects of running the store. The AGM will review business results, including profitability, and plan for continued improvement. The AGM is responsible for ordering throughout the store. The Assistant Store Manager ensures all team members are providing exceptional customer service. Benefits package to include health, 401K, and other options will be available.
