Job summary

Movado Group, Inc. seeks an Assistant Store Manager at Fashion Outlets of Chicago in Rosemont, IL to support the Store Manager in operations, drive sales, and train staff while delivering exceptional customer service.

Ideal candidate has at least 3 years of retail management experience, preferably in watches or luxury fashion, and strong communication skills to lead a busy team and ensure store success.

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail management experience (preferred).
• Experience in watch, jewelry, fashion, accessories, or luxury retail is strongly preferred.
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed personal sales goals and develop product knowledge.
• Open and close store operations.
• Meet financial objectives for the store.
• Coach and train staff to achieve personal sales targets.
• Recruit, hire, and retain qualified store personnel.
• Ensure CRM data capture, inventory control, revenue management and loss prevention per policy.
• Provide exceptional customer service and uphold brand standards.
• Maintain secure, clean, and professional store environment.
• Monitor product display and pricing accuracy.
• Service watches, including sizing and battery changes as needed.
