Movado Group, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for the Fashion Outlets of Chicago in Rosemont, IL. You will assist the Store Manager in daily operations, drive sales, deliver exceptional customer service, and train staff.

You may step in as Store Manager in their absence. The ideal candidate has strong retail management experience, especially in watch/jewelry/fashion sectors, with outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Strong selling and leadership能力.
• Retail management experience in luxury or specialty retail preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Proficient with MS Office applications.

Responsabilités

• Achieve or exceed personal and store sales targets as directed by the Store Manager.
• Open and close the store per schedule and maintain store standards.
• Coach and train staff to meet sales goals and service expectations.
• Recruit, hire, and develop team members for peak performance.
• Ensure CRM data capture, inventory control, revenue management, and loss prevention adherence.
