This role provides hands-on experience to develop your supervisory skills, coaching abilities, coffee/tea passion, and business acumen. It aims to build your understanding of store management, teaching you how to create success for a multi-million-dollar business, develop great teams, and serve as a community meeting place that nurtures customers. In other states, vacation starts at 120 hours annually for roles below director and 200 hours annually for roles at or above director.*

_The actual base pay offered will depend on factors such as knowledge, experience, location, and internal equity. It is not typical to be hired at the high end of the pay range. The Assistant Store Manager role is overtime eligible, but overtime hours are not guaranteed._
