• Four years of customer-facing retail or hospitality experience
• Three years of leadership experience
• Ability to recruit, build, and lead high-performing teams
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and retail systems
• Physical ability to bend, squat, reach, climb, and stand for extended periods with accommodations if needed
• Conflict resolution and coaching skills
• Availability to work mornings, weekends, nights, and holidays as needed

• Leading a team to ensure store functions run smoothly
• Staffing the store by attracting, assessing, and onboarding new team members
• Providing tools and support for team success
• Managing store results including sales, customer service, budgeting, and team leadership
• Overseeing product lifecycle from stockroom to sales floor
