Job summary

Panda Express in Warrenton, OR is seeking an Assistant Manager to help operate a single store and drive guest satisfaction. You will hire, coach, and direct associates to meet financial goals while delivering exceptional service.

Qualifications

High school diploma required.
Must be flexible to move to a store within a 50-mile radius.
Must be available to work a flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Food safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

Assist the operation of a single store and direct associates to meet financial goals.
Lead hiring, onboarding and supervision to ensure guest-experience excellence.
Participate in and complete store leadership training program (3+ weeks).
Support daily operations and maintain food safety and quality standards.
