Panda Express is seeking a results-driven Assistant Manager to help operate a single Panda Express store in Texas. You will hire, lead and develop team members while driving financial performance and delivering exceptional guest experiences.

A 3+ week leadership training program will prepare you for success, with career development and growth opportunities within Panda Restaurant Group.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified

Responsibilities

• Assist operation of a single Panda Express store.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to achieve financial goals and ensure guest experiences.
• Provide leadership and participate in the 3+ week training program to prepare for success.
• Support ongoing career and leadership development within the store.
