Panda Express is seeking an Assistant Manager to help operate a single store in the local area. You will hire, coach and direct team members to meet financial targets and ensure guest satisfaction, while upholding Panda’s standards and service quality.

You will participate in a 3+ week leadership training program designed to prepare you for success in store operations and guest leadership responsibilities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be willing to move to a store within a 50 mile radius.
• Flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist the operation of a single Panda Express store.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to achieve financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
