Qualifications

• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles of home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

• Assist the operation of a single Panda Express store, including hiring, supervising, and directing associates to achieve financial goals and guest satisfaction.
• Support delivery of exceptional guest experiences and maintain store standards.
• Participate in a 3+ weeks leadership training program to prepare for success.
