Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Flexibility to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, weekends and holidays.

• Hire, manage and direct associates to achieve financial goals and guest satisfaction.
• Provide leadership training and ensure delivery of exceptional guest experiences.
