Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group, parent of Panda Express, is seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to help operate a single store. You will hire, develop and supervise associates to meet financial goals while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

A leadership training program will prepare you for success and ongoing career growth within our Panda family. This role requires a high school diploma, flexibility to relocate within 50 miles, and a schedule that includes opening/closing shifts, evenings,

Qualifications

High school diploma required.
Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

Assist operation of a single Panda store and lead associates.
Hire, manage and direct staff to achieve financial goals and guest satisfaction.
Provide leadership training and onboarding for new leaders.
