Job summary

Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team at a location in Michigan City, IN. You will receive leadership training, mentorship, and ongoing development to support your success, with a compensation package that includes bonus opportunities.

You will assist in running a single store, hire and guide teammates, manage operations to hit financial goals, and ensure guests receive exceptional service. Training will be provided for 3+ weeks to prepare you for success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities
