Job summary

Panda Express is seeking an Assistant Manager in Kingman, AZ to help operate a Panda store and lead a team to deliver exceptional guest experiences. The role includes participating in a multi-week leadership training program designed to prepare you for success and future growth within the company.

You will be responsible for hiring, managing and directing associates, driving toward financial goals, and ensuring compliance with safety and service standards.

Qualifications

• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.
• High school diploma required.
• Flexibility to move to a store within a 50-mile radius.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist the operation of a single Panda store and lead associates to meet financial goals and guest-experience targets.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to ensure store success.
• Participate in a 3+ week store leadership training program to prepare for success.
