Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a 50 mile radius from home.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist the operation of a single Panda Express store.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to achieve financial goals and guest satisfaction.
• Provide leadership and ensure delivery of exceptional guest experiences.
• Participate in a multiweek store leadership training program to prepare for success.
