Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; ability to read, interpret and explain directives is required.
• Store management experience in retail, grocery, or drug store environment preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs and perform physical tasks as needed.

Responsabilités

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day activities.
• Provide excellent customer service and address questions or concerns.
• Organize and transfer merchandise from delivery to stockroom to sales floor and maintain seasonal areas.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Process directives including Pull and Hold/Destroy and payroll/scheduling records.
• Maintain clean, stocked, and organized store areas to company standards.
• Support in loss prevention and asset protection; assist in ordering and inventory processes.
• Lead and develop Store Associates; ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment.
• Ensure store cleanliness, restocking bathrooms, sweeping/mopping floors, and trash removal.
