Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of retail leadership experience as an Assistant or Store Manager.
• Ability to lead, develop, and empower a large team.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills with ability to mentor others.
• Proficiency with store operations, merchandising, people management, and loss prevention.

Responsibilities

• Drive store performance by supporting sales, managing expenses, and overseeing operations including merchandising, backroom, frontline, and customer service.
• Recruit, onboard, and coach Associates; act as a mentor and role model.
• Communicate action plans for projects, targets, and store changes; contribute to succession planning.
• Implement strategies to meet sales, expense, and service targets while reducing shrink.
