The role leads with energy and ownership, supporting the Store Manager to drive sales, coach the team, and ensure a seamless store operation. This position emphasizes customer experience and brand standards in a fast-paced retail environment.

The ASM will coach staff, manage daily operations, and serve as Manager on Duty as scheduled, contributing to performance and growth of the team and store.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail experience, preferably in a leadership or key holding role.
• Ability to coach, motivate, and engage a diverse team.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable, self motivated, and ready to take ownership.
• Basic understanding of retail KPIs and operational processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example on the sales floor with energy, confidence, and solutions to every customer interaction.
• Coach the team to deliver great service and product knowledge.
• Support sales goals by staying engaged on the floor and helping close the loop with customers.
• Manage daily store operations including opening/closing, cash handling, and floor coverage.
• Leverage retail technology and digital tools to enhance the customer experience and store operations.
• Provide confident leadership as Manager on Duty when scheduled.
• Support hiring, onboarding, and training of store associates.
