• Can effectively communicate with team and management.
• Must have scheduling availability to meet business needs.
• Cosmetology license desirable, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Brand: supervise and plan associates’ daily goals to deliver an exceptional client experience and maximize sales.
• People: train and develop teams, recruit when needed, address performance, and maintain positive relations.
• Operations: ensure processes are followed, including Omni-channel fulfillment and inventory practices.
• Safety/Loss Prevention: maintain safe store environment and protect company assets.
