Jiffy Lube, a leader in vehicle preventive maintenance, is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Sugar Grove, IL. You will provide hands-on leadership, training, safety guidance, and direction to store teammates to meet company goals and maintain an energetic, customer-focused environment.

The role may include duties of Lube Techs and Certified Technicians as needed. A stable work history in a physical environment with supervisory experience is preferred, and a valid driver's license is

Qualifications

• Previous vehicle maintenance experience is strongly preferred, but not required.
• Supervisory experience in a physical environment is beneficial.
• A current and valid driver's license is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on leadership, training, safety guidance, motivation, and direction to store teammates to meet operational objectives and guest service goals.
• Oversee store operations to ensure profitability and a positive, energetic work environment.
• Perform duties of other store team members (Lube Techs/Certified Technicians) as needed due to business needs or staff absence.
