Responsabilidades

• Supervise and mentor store associates, providing coaching, feedback, and performance reviews to support their professional development.
• Assist in scheduling staff, managing time off requests, and ensuring adequate coverage for all shifts.
• Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and stock rotation.
• Monitor sales performance and work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a professional and timely manner.
• Manage cash handling procedures, process transactions, and ensure accuracy of financial records.
• Maintain compliance with company policies, procedures, and local regulations.
• Organize and conduct staff training sessions on products, services, and customer service standards.
• Analyze operational metrics and provide recommendations for process improvements.
• Support the Store Manager in implementing company initiatives and strategic programs.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe store environment for both customers and employees.
