Responsibilities

• Monitor sales performance and work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a professional and timely manner.
• Manage cash handling procedures, process transactions, and ensure accuracy of financial records.
• Maintain compliance with company policies, procedures, and local regulations.
