KJ's Market in Aiken, SC is seeking an experienced Store Manager to oversee daily operations, drive sales, and ensure guest satisfaction in a fast-paced grocery environment. You will lead a diverse team, coordinate departments, and uphold company standards while delivering exceptional service.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree plus 1–3 years of supermarket management experience, strong communication and leadership skills, and the ability to lift up to 60 lbs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 1–3 years supermarket management experience.
• Ability to supervise, train staff, and develop talent.
• Effective communication and guest service, with selling skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of store operations in absence of Store Manager.
• Manage FPI, DAX & center store balance on hand and meet budgeted results.
• Protect assets, merchandise, cash, facilities and equipment.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state and local statutes and company policies.
• Schedule labor and supervise department staffing and training.
• Lead weekly pricing audits, ad checks, and monthly self-audits.
• Create an enthusiastic, guest-focused selling environment.
• Maintain a safe environment for guests and hosts.
• Execute other duties assigned by Store Manager.
