Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail management experience preferred.

• Proven excellent customer service skills with statistical track record in all areas of sales and leadership.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Analyzes sales reports and KPIs to determine business needs and implements sales strategies.
• Sets clear expectations and holds team accountable for standards.
• Controls payroll and supply budgets.
• Performs scheduling, audits, inventory, opening/closing duties, and payroll accuracy docs.
• Manages cash handling, price changes and merchandise handling per policy.
• Ensures compliance with laws and loss prevention policies; trains associates.
• Oversees inventory receipt/dispatch and replenishment; executes inventories.
• Maintains visual presentation and facility maintenance aligned with brand.
