• Retail management experience including running shifts.
• Knowledge of using personal computers and retail software.
• Experience staffing, interviewing and hiring practices.
• Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
• Ability to handle stressful situations and multi-task.
• Strong written and oral communication with customers and employees.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in monitoring customer service and store staff.
• Assist in investigating and resolving customer complaints.
• Ensure compliance with ABC policies including ID checks.
• Apply merchandising techniques.
• Account for store funds and manage inventories.
• Train staff on products, service and sales techniques.
• Help establish procedures compliant with policies and laws.
• Supervise staff and support employee development.
• Be available with limited or no notice; work varied shifts including weekends.
