Job summary

The Normal Brand is seeking a full-time store leader in West Des Moines, IA to drive a high-energy shopping experience. You will lead a team to deliver exceptional service, manage inventory, and uphold brand standards across the store environment.

Responsibilities include coaching staff, maximizing revenue through excellent selling, maintaining store cleanliness, and building guest relationships. Weekend and holiday availability is required to maintain full-time status.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years retail apparel experience.
• Eager to learn through feedback in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience managing inventory.
• Superior organization and time management.
• Team player who takes ownership and has positive energy.
• Flexible weekend/holiday availability and 35-40 hours for full-time status.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team to deliver outstanding customer experience and revenue.
• Maintain high customer service standards throughout the store and team.
• Build relationships with guests and encourage suggestive selling.
• Monitor inventory and replenish sales floor as needed.
• Maintain a clean store and merchandise to Normal standards.
• Gives constructive feedback on product sell-through to Store Leader.
