Job summary

• Assist in execution of store responsibilities through key associates and own actions.
• Schedule and assign employees; monitor work results.
• Provide feedback to buyers, district managers, and company officials.
• Assist in annual budget preparation, expenditures, variances, and corrective actions.
• Identify customer requirements by engaging with actual and potential customers.
• Establish relationships with local community groups aligned with company values.
• Solicit customers to sign up for FFH programs (loyalty, warranties, financing).
• Protect inventory and assets; prevent theft and damage per policy.
• Ensure merchandise is received, stored, and merchandised by procedures.
• Maintain safe, clean store environment and compliant operations.
• Assist in marketing strategy changes by reviewing financial data and sales records.
• Support consistent operations by enforcing policies and procedures.
• Other duties as assigned by store manager or company official.
